Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will supervise 3-4 transition specialists to implement a six-week summer program helping teens and young adults on the autism spectrum transition to work and college.
Responsibilities include leading activity blocks focused on social competency, self-awareness, and stress management while maintaining strict confidentiality and safety standards.
