ServiceNow ticketing tool usage
ITIL-aligned incident and problem handling
Network device and Windows server monitoring

Attention to detail and situational awareness
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years IT monitoring or NOC/GCC operations experience
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Microsoft MCP or AZ-900 certification preferred
Network+ or CCNA basics preferred
Experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools
