Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, eating habits, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the unit.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting and transferring residents
Follow infection control and safety protocols
