Job Summary
Develop detailed project plans for automatic door installations, coordinating pre-installation activities and confirming installation programs with internal and external teams.
Serve as on-site project lead, supervising installation teams and subcontractors to ensure works meet specifications, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
Manage project budgets, forecast costs, administer contracts, and ensure timely handover documentation to support invoicing and collections.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field
5–8 years’ experience managing automatic door installation projects in Singapore
Deep technical knowledge of automatic door hardware and systems
Experience integrating automatic doors with access control, fire alarm and BMS systems
Hands-on experience supervising installation teams and coordinating subcontractors
Familiarity with relevant safety standards and statutory requirements
Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
