Job Summary

  • This person is responsible for quality management of suppliers related to ESS and power automotive lithium-ion batteries, including new supplier introduction and review, incoming quality control during mass production, supplier anomaly handling and continuous improvement, quality system construction and audit.
  • Through cross-departmental collaboration, ensure stable quality of key raw material supplies such as cells, modules, packs, containers, BMS, etc., and promote continuous improvement in the overall quality level of the supply chain.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Material Sciences
  • 3+ years' experience on supplier quality management
  • Experience in the power battery or energy storage battery industry preferred
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3)
  • Familiarity with quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
  • Proficient in problem analysis methods (8D, 5Why, fishbone diagram, DOE)
  • Failure analysis ability
