Visalia Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.
The OT evaluates and treats residents, develops treatment plans, communicates with physicians and families, and maintains accurate documentation.
The role includes supervising therapy assistants, educating residents and staff, and participating in discharge planning to promote functional independence.
