The Senior Manager will support Amgen's operations across a region of countries with primary responsibility for accounting and financial reporting.
This role acts as a key controllership partner to regional finance leadership, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance with local statutory requirements.
The position requires leading a team of 2–3 accounting professionals while serving as the primary contact for external auditors to manage statutory audits end-to-end.

Must-have
Strong technical accounting knowledge US GAAP IFRS
Experience managing statutory reporting across multiple countries
Proven ability to operate in regional multinational environment
Prior people management experience leading team of professionals
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Professional accounting qualification CA CPA ACCA or equivalent
Experience working with Shared Service Centers
Exposure to international tax concepts corporate tax VAT
Experience supporting finance transformation or system initiatives
Ability to influence and collaborate across cultures geographies
Key Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree
12-15 years of work experience in relevant field
