Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale operations with P&L responsibility
  • Strong business development skills
  • Experience leading and developing senior management teams of 25+ professionals
  • Advanced financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate markets
  • Real Estate License required within six months
