  • The HR Associate provides comprehensive administrative and operational support within Human Resources, specifically supporting the employee relations and learning and leadership development teams.
  • Daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual responsibilities include managing unemployment claims, coordinating new hire orientations, maintaining union records, processing invoices, coordinating award programs, and supporting commencement activities.
  • The position requires at least an Associate’s degree or two-year College equivalent and at least two years of prior-related work experience, or a High School diploma/GED with substituted experience.
