Job Summary
The HR Associate provides comprehensive administrative and operational support within Human Resources, specifically supporting the employee relations and learning and leadership development teams.
Daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual responsibilities include managing unemployment claims, coordinating new hire orientations, maintaining union records, processing invoices, coordinating award programs, and supporting commencement activities.
The position requires at least an Associate’s degree or two-year College equivalent and at least two years of prior-related work experience, or a High School diploma/GED with substituted experience.
