Job Summary

• The primary mission is to train internal Engineering teams on the principle, design, operation, use, and maintenance of Products (converters, motors, control systems) and Systems (compressor, pump, Propulsion, STATCOM) provided by GE Power Conversion.
• Responsibilities include delivering training sessions, determining training content and objectives in agreement with employee needs, preparing and updating training materials, and collaborating with design teams to stay updated on new technologies.
• The role also involves developing e-Learning, digital components, and conducting internal certification training, while adapting training levels to the personnel being trained and following QUALIOPI standards.

• Fluent French and English
• Previous training experience desirable
