Job Summary

• The Team Leader, Health and Safety is responsible for overseeing employee and labor health and safety initiatives, focusing on ensuring a safe working environment by developing and implementing safety policies, identifying, and mitigating hazardous conditions within the workplace.
• Responsibilities include managing workers’ compensation cases, preparing various reports, maintaining safety recordkeeping, conducting IH testing, coordinating employee safety training, and administering the local SharePoint safety site.
