Job Summary

  • Receive service calls, diagnose problems, and perform service and repairs on electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products at customer sites.
  • Service, troubleshoot, and install many different manufacturers’ Fire & Life Safety systems including SimplexGrinnell, reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittments, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
  • This skilled position involves troubleshooting and repairing installed systems, including panel repair/reprogram, device replacement/repair, resolving low voltage circuit troubles and system testing.
