  • Install, service, operate, maintain monitoring stations
  • Collect and verify environmental data
  • Maintain accurate record keeping
  • Undertake flow measurement
  • Undertake manual sampling
  • Adherence to HSE principles
  • Work in remote regions of Queensland

Nice-to-have

  • Professional oral and written communication
  • Work cohesively in a team
  • Self-motivated and work independently
  • Work in a variety of environmental conditions
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • 4WD experience
  • Ability to swim

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in environmental science, water resources or similar (desirable)
  • Competent with data acquisition and hydrographic software
  • Project management experience
  • High level attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Current manual car driver’s licence
  • Experience with health, safety and environmental aspects of field work
