Salary
Base: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives, commission based off department/net, and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, department production; Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, Paid Holidays & PTO, Short and Long-Term Disability, Paid Life Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Lithia Learning Center, Vehicle Purchase Discounts, Wellness Programs
