  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for bp's Engineering experience, from managing Engineering Onboarding Experience to Shipping Products.
  • This role exists to enable engineering squads to deliver faster, safer, and at scale by making customer requirements into actionable backlog items, managing engineering backlog, and scaling engineering and AI platforms across bp.
  • Translate bp’s digital strategy into a coherent product roadmap for engineering teams that improves productivity, increases platform adoption, drives consistency, and unlocks measurable business value.
