Supervise Audit Associates and Seniors on engagement teams and function as an in-charge facilitating field work by monitoring and reporting regarding productivity and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignment.

Base: $58,500 - $94,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance; Benefits: competitive benefits and compensation package

Key Requirements
BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent
CPA, CA, or ACCA certification
4+ years public accounting experience
4+ years financial statement audits
2+ years team lead or in-charge experience
well-versed in valuation of portfolio companies
Experience in valuation methodologies and waterfall calculations
Understanding of partner capital allocations and computations
Experience reviewing audited financial statements
Understanding of management fee calculations
