Must-have
10 years Lean manufacturing experience
5 years multi-site leadership
Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification
Hoshin Kanri strategic execution
Value Stream Mapping (VSM) expertise
Nice-to-have
Strong change management skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Shingijutsu event facilitation
Site Growth Readiness Assessment experience
Mentoring and coaching capabilities
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years Lean deployment experience
Minimum 5 years leading multi-site Lean teams
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification required
Master's degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to secure Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost targets
