Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting operations
  • Hands-on experience using ATS/CRMs
  • Eligible to hold a Baseline AGSVA security clearance
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field (desirable)
  • Experience sourcing for security-cleared roles (desirable)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (desirable)
