  • The Staff Systems & Failure Investigation Engineer is responsible for developing suppliers, test process analysis, and failure investigation of highly technical and multiple technologies that make up the diagnostic system.
  • Collaborate within a matrix organization across hardware, software, biological, and chemical engineering teams to support product development and manufacturing.
  • Lead failure investigations from production or field issues, design and execute experiments, document investigations, prepare reports, and coordinate cross‑functional responses to critical supplier and field performance issues.
