Job Summary
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-and-a-half-year global program focused on developing future leaders in Finance.
FLDP participants will rotate through three 9-12 month assignments at various finance functions within Johnson & Johnson.
The program offers five weeks of training during the two-and-a-half-year period to assist in the development of future leaders.
