The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly answering all resident calls.
Staff are responsible for observing and reporting skin breakdowns, pressure areas, and any suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure of protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing teams
Strong communication skills for reporting incidents
Key Requirements
