Job Summary

  • The IT Director; Cybersecurity Chief of Staff will assist in providing the strategic, operational, and coordination support needed to make a cybersecurity organization effective at scale.
  • As the Chief of Staff ( CoS ), you will be the strategic architect behind the CISO’s office, managing the "business of security" to allow the CISO to focus on high-stakes technical leadership and external stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Cybersecurity, IT Operations, or Management Consulting
  • 7+ years of managerial experience
  • Technical literacy in GRC, SOC operations, cloud security architecture
  • Managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex project portfolios
  • Experience managing a Project Management Office
  • Agile coaching teams
