  • You will contribute to shaping the plan, strategy, and direction of the Growth and Accelerator Team, ensuring alignment with regional and country growth targets.
  • The role requires you to provide constructive feedback, coach, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the performance of your team regularly, while identifying and addressing performance gaps.
