Job Summary
Your key objective will be to increase the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network by managing a team that handles a large portfolio of emerging and high growth supply partners.
You will contribute to shaping the plan, strategy, and direction of the Growth and Accelerator Team, ensuring alignment with regional and country growth targets.
The role requires you to provide constructive feedback, coach, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the performance of your team regularly, while identifying and addressing performance gaps.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Minimum 8 years operational or execution experience
Minimum 4 years senior supervisory/team management experience
