Job Summary

  • The ISPS-Authentication line of business has a current portfolio of 12+ global critical authentication platforms, providing production support for strategic platforms such as Web Single Sign On, Cloud Identity Provider, Enterprise Identity Provider, One Time Password (OTPS), MFA Gateway and LDAP directory services.
  • Key responsibilities include providing application support, acting as an escalation point, managing and mentoring regional teams, gaining detailed knowledge of business flows and application architecture, and managing incidents through to resolution.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on IT support experience
  • Prior experience in Authentication & Authorization (A&A) and Identity and Access management (IDAM)
  • Proven experience of SSO technologies
  • Experience with Access/Authentication Manager products
  • Experience implementing SSO using OAuth and OpenIdConnect
  • Working experience of Enterprise Web/J2EE environment
  • Technical proficiency navigating UNIX servers
  • Familiar with job scheduling tools and application monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP and RESTful)
  • Prior experience in L3 support
  • Specific Cloud expertise of Google GCP environments
  • Knowledge of PING (Forgerock) Authentication Manager and OpenJDK LDAP server
  • Specific experience of RedHat OpenSSO and RedHat Openshift
  • Knowledge of Cloud based distributed Oracle Database
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate
