Job Summary
Identify and analyze critical new business development opportunities, develop and execute capture/growth strategies, build the right team and solution, and influence stakeholders and customers to win new contracts.
Drive all capture and BD lifecycle opportunities and develop foundations for the win strategy and technical approach for each new product opportunity that directly relates to the needs, issues and challenges of the customer in the defense market in US and across the globe.

Base: $192,613.86 - $264,844.06; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive pay based upon performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 150% match, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, tuition reimbursement
