  • Work with a wide range of clients to help develop and implement rewards programs for their employees, providing advice on pay philosophy, rewards strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Perform data analysis using advanced dynamic Excel modeling and draw conclusions from the data for project managers’ and senior consultants’ review.
  • Apply computer and research skills to understand financial performance, talent management trends, and pay practices and policies for a particular client and within the broader marketplace.
