Work with a wide range of clients to help develop and implement rewards programs for their employees, providing advice on pay philosophy, rewards strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Perform data analysis using advanced dynamic Excel modeling and draw conclusions from the data for project managers’ and senior consultants’ review.
Apply computer and research skills to understand financial performance, talent management trends, and pay practices and policies for a particular client and within the broader marketplace.
