Job Summary

  • Develop and execute capital and dividend plan and closely monitor company's solvency positions through quarterly income statement and balance sheet forecast using IFRS 17 basis.
  • Support local IFRS 17 solutions to close STAT filing quarterly.
  • Manage day to day cash activities and manage risks under Global Treasury Operations strategy and policy.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Financial services sector experience
  • Property and Casualty insurance company experience a plus
  • Hands on IFRS 17 experience
  • BA in Accounting and Finance degree
  • CPA preferred
  • FP&A experience is an asset
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Modelling tools and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills
