Job Summary
The Director of the Supply Chain Control Tower will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an end-to-end integrated control tower that will optimize the company’s supply chain operations.
Work closely with teams across Warehousing, Transport, Sourcing and Purchasing, Sales, Pricing, and the Import team to ensure alignment of operational strategies, best practices, and performance metrics.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team, providing guidance on professional development and performance management.
