  • Lead the agile solution design, deployment & ongoing optimization, evolution & operation of the enterprise wide IT Operations Management & IT Service Management platforms.
  • Unlock additional colleague value to the Group by equipping workforces with fit-for purpose enablement tools and support functionality.
  • Drive the future strategy of the end user estate and manage departmental budgets including signing off of invoices and quotes within mandate.
