Job Summary
This position oversees daily testing operations to ensure products are inspected and tested accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established standards and requirements.
The role coordinates test workflows, guides and supports test personnel, and upholds strict quality and reliability expectations to keep testing activities aligned with overall production schedules.
Duties include leading by example, training and mentoring test personnel, directing and coordinating manpower, and partnering with peer leads to prioritize production orders.

Key Requirements
