Job Summary

• The Refrigeration Equipment Operator – First Class is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining refrigeration systems that provide chilled water for the facility’s air conditioning systems.
• This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of refrigeration equipment and related building systems, monitors the facility management system (METASYS), and responds to system alarms.

• Five (5) or more years of experience
• First Class Refrigeration Equipment Operator’s License
• Technical or vocational training preferred
• CFC Certification and EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification strongly preferred
