Job Summary

  • As a Design Project Engineer, you will be tasked with developing, leading and supporting the design aspects of various Flogas Customer and Depots upgrades and new installation projects for LPG, LNG and Metered Estates.
  • Utilising Flogas’ standardised approach, wherever possible, develop design solutions to client's briefs with input from strategic design partners, design team and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
  • Previous design related role experience
  • Process and control engineering experience
  • Front End Engineering Design (FEED) participation
  • Technically proficient in 3D CAD
  • Experience preparing engineering drawings
  • Chemical or Petrochemical industry plant design experience
  • Process equipment sizing and calculations
  • GCSE Maths & English
  • Awareness of design safety studies (HAZOP, PHA, LOPA, SIL)
