Job Summary
You will have the opportunity to learn how business processes work and how to optimize them (reducing waste) and actively contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
You will support the implementation and updating of Lean standards of the Sanofi Manufacturing System within the production site and will be involved in the execution of training for colleagues involved.
You will gain experience in monitoring Site Performance, collecting data useful for evaluating weekly and monthly results (Site Dashboard & KPI) and learn to identify and implement improvement actions.
