Job Summary

  • The psychological health team develops, delivers, and evaluates employee health and wellbeing strategies to enhance positive mental and physical health.
  • The Onsite Wellbeing Counsellor will provide onsite mental health and wellbeing support to employees, conducting sessions using interventions such as CBT, ACT, and MBT.
  • Responsibilities include assessing cases for risk, following safety protocols, escalating complex cases, and collaborating on group sessions to improve resilience and coping skills.

Must-have

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling psychology, or psychotherapy
  • Current unrestricted license to practice
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wellbeing or psychotherapy
  • Proven experience in cross-cultural counselling
  • Proven experience designing and delivering wellbeing/mental health training
