Key Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources
3-5 years of business or office operations experience
2-3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel
Working knowledge of cloud-based systems (Workday, PointClickCare preferred)
Expertise in HR, payroll, benefits, scheduling, AR/AP
Experience in a unionized environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
