The Project Manager (PM) position exists to support the project team and Partners and Directors in achieving Deloitte’s objectives of delivering successful projects, from inception through construction delivery to completion of the end product within the agreed timeframes and budget.
Our work spans the infrastructure lifecycle from policy and strategy development, to preparation of compelling, complex business cases through to designing and managing procurement processes to close transactions.

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
Proven industry experience in the property industry
Demonstrated knowledge of the property delivery process
Strong understanding of the property development process
Demonstrated experience of preparation and management of realistic activity programming
Demonstrated experience using feasibility methods/models
