  • Work with PC&C leaders, product managers, delivery teams and vendors to translate business needs into practical architecture, guiding delivery while protecting the integrity of our digital capabilities and data.
  • Ensure solutions meet privacy, security and regulatory expectations for personal data, embedding security‑by‑design into all HR architectures.
