This role is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of critical building and plant systems that support research, laboratory, and greenhouse operations.
The position will begin on day shift for training, then transition to a 2nd shift role, including weekends and holidays.

Must-have
Boilers, chillers, air handlers, water treatment systems
Building management systems (BMS) operation
Troubleshooting and repair of system issues
Predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance
Reading technical drawings and manuals
Working with scientists and lab staff
Using computerized maintenance systems
Following safe work practices
Nice-to-have
Continuous improvement with TPM principles
Experience in power plants or hospitals
Experience in industrial/research environments
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Hands-on experience with building systems
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Willingness to work 2nd shift, weekends, and holidays
