Job Summary

  • This leader will drive plant performance, operational transformation, play a key role in developing and realizing a vision, and achieve both short- and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Lead a cross-functional organization and operational value streams by setting objectives, developing plans, executing daily management activities and implementing corrective action as required to ensure customer success.
  • Responsible for both operational and financial performance of the business focused on Revenue, Operating Income and Cash performance (P&L).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 10+ years operations/manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Experience in metal products manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean principles
