Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Certified Surgical Technician or equivalent training
  • CPR certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work on-call nights weekends holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Nice-to-have

  • O.R. scrub experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills while wearing a mask
  • Experience with autoclave testing
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
  • Cross-trained in sterile processing

Key Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program
  • Current CPR certification
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
