Job Summary

• This role will drive the design and implementation of advanced biofabricated tissue models, microphysiological systems, and cellular platforms to accelerate hit identification, lead discovery, lead optimization for small molecules and biologics, and in vitro safety assessment.
• The team will develop cutting-edge technologies including CRISPR-engineered cell lines, iPSC-derived models, organoids, complex co-culture systems, and primary immune cell platforms to enable high-throughput compound screening and mechanistic studies.
• The successful candidate will combine expertise in bioengineering, tissue fabrication, and cellular model development with strong leadership skills to build and manage a multidisciplinary team.

• Master’s Degree in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Cell Biology, or related discipline
• PhD is preferred
