Job Summary
The Senior Director, Learning & Development will play a critical role in shaping and executing the learning and development strategy for KalVista.
This position will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs to ensure the organization’s workforce is equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies.
Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, including FDA, GxP, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
