Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business needs.
The Senior TM will be embedded onsite with the existing JLL team and the client's real estate group, reporting to the JLL Global Commercial Manager while also supporting the client's Commercial Portfolio Manager's ever-growing portfolio.

Key Requirements
5+ years of transaction management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Fortune 500 corporate client experience preferred
CCIM, MCR, SIOR, or similar professional designation preferred
Demonstrated land transaction experience
Proficient in reviewing surveys, title reports, zoning documents
Experience partnering with legal counsel
