The Executive Compensation Analyst will support businesses in all areas of executive compensation, including strategy design, administration, execution, and ad hoc reporting.
This role will partner closely with various internal teams such as Human Capital, Legal & Compliance, and Finance, as well as business leaders across the firm.
Key responsibilities include assisting with compensation design, supporting the year-end compensation process, performing complex compensation analyses, and monitoring labor market trends.
