Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for enabling the successful transition of products from development to commercialization by establishing and executing a best-in-class NPI framework across ophthalmic surgical systems and vision care instrumentation.
  • The Head of NPI will work in close partnership with Manufacturing Technical Operations (MTO), Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T), Quality & Regulatory Affairs (QRA), and Supply Chain to ensure products are designed, developed, and industrialized for reliable, compliant, and scalable launch.
