Job Summary

  • Supervise a given shift at the Front Desk, directing staff and performing duties such as welcoming and registering guests, and checking guests out of the hotel.
  • Frequently tour the hotel, monitor the activities of all other departments to assure standards are met, staff is supported, and guest needs are met.
  • Assure that all financial and credit procedures are followed, review financial transactions, and check cashiers' work at the end of the shift to ensure all transactions are reconciled.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years management experience in luxury hotels
  • Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
  • Familiarity with Front Office, Guest Services, Executive Floor, and Concierge operations
