Job Summary

  • The purpose of this position is to manage one of the following branches of the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station's (SSES) Engineering Department, including the Program Engineering organization.
  • Primary responsibilities include achieving high levels of department performance by providing engineering group priorities and direction, coordinating and managing SSES Engineering program/procedure requirements, approving technical products, maintaining regulatory commitments, and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Specific responsibilities include work planning, scheduling of group resources, employee development, and work group coordination to support the timely and quality resolution of technical, operational, and regulatory issues.

Key Requirements

  • BS Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences
