The Market Access Lead is responsible for driving strategic pricing and reimbursement initiatives across both new and existing products to ensure innovative therapies reach patients in a timely and sustainable manner.
Key responsibilities include leading high-stakes negotiations with HIRA, NHIS, and key payers on pricing, volume, and risk-sharing agreements, and developing comprehensive market access plans across the portfolio.
The role requires orchestrating seamless collaboration across various internal teams and global/regional stakeholders to ensure integrated execution of market access strategies and organizational alignment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Public Health, Statistics, or Science

Strong understanding of Korea’s pricing and reimbursement environment
