Base: $140,000 - $215,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonuses and equity grants; Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and parental leave

7+ years backend development experience
Expert-level Golang programming skills
Deep understanding of distributed systems
Experience scaling microservices for SaaS
Knowledge of concurrency and parallel processing
