Job Summary

• The Japan Business Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving the improvement of the application security posture and supporting cybersecurity priorities across the business information technology teams by ensuring compliance to relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal IT policies and standards.
• Key responsibilities of this position would involve capability of performing and organizing security reviews, as well as performing tasks focused on integration & enhancement of security governance processes throughout AIG Japan.

• 5+ years Information Security and Risk Management experience
• Prior experience leading security teams
• Native level Japanese proficiency
